A Cash4Kettles offer is an invitation to treat, not a binding contract of sale, until you accept a formal offer and the buying partner has inspected and authenticated the watch.

Cash4Kettles is a premium intermediary. The dealer is normally the actual buyer. Offers may change if the watch differs from the description or photographs provided, or if authenticity, condition or completeness cannot be verified.

Handover options — insured delivery, secure collection or an appointment at an approved partner retail location — depend on your buying partner and location. Title passes according to the agreed offer terms with that buying partner, not automatically to Cash4Kettles.
